First agency where the deliverables actually show up on the site the next day. Everything is documented — we can point to what changed and why.
Programmatic SEO
Most agencies pitch programmatic SEO as a Notion doc, a Zapier scenario, and a Webflow CMS pumping out near-identical location pages. Google's Helpful Content updates have wiped out a lot of that work. We build the other kind — engineered from the data layer up, with real per-page uniqueness and technical foundations that survive core-update after core-update.
- Opportunity mapping — which page-shapes have real demand
- Data source design (proprietary or aggregated, with uniqueness signals)
- Template design with per-page uniqueness rules
What programmatic SEO actually is (and isn't)
Programmatic SEO is not "auto-generated content." It's the discipline of building **one well-designed page template**, backing it with **one well-curated data source**, and letting the two produce **many indexable pages** — each one uniquely useful for a real search query.
Done right, it turns the economics of SEO on their head: instead of writing hundreds of hand-crafted pages over as many days, you build one system in a few weeks and it scales itself.
Done wrong, it's the reason entire directories vanished from Google's index after the Helpful Content Update.
The three ingredients that separate a scalable system from a spam farm
1. Real search demand
Every page-shape has to answer a query someone actually types. That means keyword research at the pattern level — "SEO in [city]" pattern, "SEO for [industry]" pattern, "SEO vs [competitor]" pattern — not the individual page level. We validate demand for the pattern before writing a single template.
2. Data density per page
The templated frame is fine. What can't be templated is the body — the parts of the page that reflect the specific instance. Local business landscape, competitive shape, regional keyword variations, industry-specific technical quirks. A page with several pieces of unique context is a page Google reads as substantive. A page with only the city name swapped in is thin, and it will be treated as such.
3. Technical scaffolding that scales
Sitemaps that update themselves. Canonical rules that don't fight each other. Internal linking systems that connect siblings. hreflang clusters for multi-country variants. This is the boring majority of the work — and the part that separates programmatic systems that survive core updates from the ones that don't.
What you get from a Noumexa engagement
The deliverable is a *system* that keeps producing. After the initial build, many of our clients extend the same template themselves — a new country, a new industry variant — because the template is documented, the data pipeline is theirs, and the internal linking rules are automatic.
Programmatic pages that lean on templates without real per-page data are the ones that get demoted or deindexed. This is the failure mode we design against.
Once the system is live, adding a new page-shape (a city, industry, or use-case) costs an hour instead of a week. Growth becomes structural.
You're reading a programmatic SEO landing page right now. Our own site runs on the exact system we sell — one template, per-page uniqueness. Not eating our own dog food would be a red flag in this space.
What we actually ship to you
You've got obvious page-shape opportunities — [service] in [city], [product] for [use-case] — but no team wants to hand-write 500 pages, and none of the shortcuts pass Google's quality bar.

8+ years of hands-on search work
Not a fresh shop. The methodology we bring to Programmatic SEO is the same technical rigour we've applied to search since 2018 — across five countries and every major CMS.
Retrieval systems change; the underlying discipline of making information findable, understandable, and trustworthy does not. That's the layer we work at — regardless of which engine, model, or interface is dominant this quarter.
Who actually does the work
No middlemen, no outsourced execution, no rotating account managers. Every engagement is led by Nouman personally.

I've been doing hands-on SEO since 2018 — technical audits, content strategy, programmatic systems, and international rollouts across Pakistan, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and Singapore. Noumexa exists because I got tired of watching agencies bill clients for “strategy decks” that never turned into shipped work.
On every engagement I stay hands-on: I run the crawls, write the fix tickets, and reply to your messages personally during business hours. No account manager sits between you and the person actually doing the work.
What clients say when the work compounds
Real founders, marketing leads, and CTOs on the impact once search stops being a guessing game.
They talked us out of buying a service we didn't need yet. Rare in this industry. Once we did need it, the execution was tight and on schedule.
Nouman personally reviews every audit before it lands. That level of ownership is why our rankings actually moved this time.

01Who this is for
- Marketplaces — where every category × location combination has genuine demand
- Multi-location service businesses — where each city page can (and should) rank on local intent
- SaaS with a large TAM — where use-case × industry × integration combinations create the long-tail
- Data-rich brands — where you have proprietary information nobody else can templatise
02Who this isn't for
If your product only serves one buyer type in one location, programmatic SEO won't help you. You need content strategy and technical SEO, not scale. We'll tell you that upfront — the wrong system produces the wrong pages, and the wrong pages hurt more than they help.
If your brand or domain doesn't yet have baseline authority, we'd usually recommend investing in foundational technical work and a small set of high-quality hand-written pages first, then layering programmatic on top once you have a track record with the index. Ordering matters.
